After the Great Jam, the city of Vellum drowned in silence. You are the last Unjammed Scribe. The Sacred Components of the Primordial Typewriter lie scattered across flooded offices and archive vaults. Reassemble them — or the city remains unwritten forever.
Goal: Collect all three Sacred Components, then reach the Assembly Desk in the Archive Sub-Level.
Move: WASD or arrows. Bump into enemies to strike. F/Space attacks the nearest adjacent foe.
Items: G pick up. I open inventory (click or number keys; E equip/use, D drop).
Stairs: Stand on > and press > or Enter to descend; < to ascend.
Resources: Page Integrity is life. Ink Reservoir fuels special abilities (keys 1–4 when you have components).
Hazards: Ink pools smear you (Ink Bleed). Collapsing shelves damage. Jammed doors block until forced open.
Death: When the page tears to zero, the run ends. Statistics are shown. A new draft may begin.
